USING JOBSIGNER
Pilot service terms
The terms for using JobSigner during our pilot.

1. Who provides the service
JobSigner is a product of ZOAK Consolidated LLC. These terms cover our website, web application and iPhone application. Contact [email protected] for support, account questions or concerns about misuse.
2. Business accounts
Use JobSigner only if you are at least 18 and have authority to act for the business and to share the information you provide. Keep account information accurate, protect your sign-in methods, and grant team members only the access they need. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Each person should use their own account.
3. Your business records
You retain your rights in the records you provide. You permit us and our service providers to process those records to deliver, secure and support the features you use. You are responsible for your customer relationships, the accuracy of quotes/invoices, permissions to use uploaded content, and any notice or consent needed to share customer data. JobSigner does not become a party to your agreements with your customers.
4. Email and acceptable use
Send only legitimate messages about your business’s requested services or account/workspace activity to appropriate recipients. Do not send unsolicited bulk marketing, phishing, deceptive or unlawful messages, or use the service to harass people, distribute malware, bypass limits or access another business’s records. Sending and account access may be limited or suspended to investigate or stop misuse. Contact support if you believe a restriction is an error.
5. The Assistant
The Assistant is optional. Before using it, review and accept the disclosed processing of requests and permitted business context through OpenRouter and eligible model providers. Its output can be wrong; review answers and action previews. Do not submit passwords, full payment-card details or information you are not authorized to share. Stopping Assistant sharing does not recall information already sent to a provider.
6. Pilot availability and payments
This is a pilot service. Features and limits may change, and we do not promise uninterrupted service or a response time. We do not start a paid JobSigner subscription without presenting its pricing and billing/cancellation terms for your agreement. Invoice payment collection is available only when explicitly enabled and configured. Existing unrelated Stripe subscriptions or arrangements are outside these terms.
7. Privacy and account deletion
Our Privacy notice explains processing and retention. You may initiate account deletion from Account in the web or iPhone app. Access is blocked after confirmation; we process deletion within 30 days and provide a completion notice. Only records that must be retained remain under a documented retention policy, with the reason explained. Shared business records and ownership must be handled according to the relevant rights and obligations; signing out alone is not deletion.
8. Changes and contact
We will identify the effective date of updated terms and notify you about material changes before they apply where required. Contact [email protected] with questions or to report a service issue.
