Do my customers need an account?

No. Each quote or invoice has its own private link. Anyone with the link can view that document until it expires or you revoke it.

Can customers pay from the portal?

Yes, by card or bank (ACH) once your business has completed Stripe activation. They can also download a PDF of the invoice.

What do customers see?

The quote or invoice you issued, your business details, and the actions available to them. Internal notes, other customers, and your other records are never visible.

Can customers request new work?

Yes. Existing customers can send a work request from a valid quote or invoice link. It appears in JobSigner as a customer request.
