Everyone sees what they need. Nobody sees what they don’t.
Invite office staff and field crews with the right role. Owners control billing and access, the office runs the day, and field users see their own visits.
Three clear roles.
Owner, Office, and Field, each with sensible access from day one.
Everyone signs in as themselves.
Individual logins, so you always know who did what.
Room to grow.
Plans include up to 20 logins, with more available on Scale.
Roles
Owner, Office, Field.
Owners can do everything, including billing and team access. Office users run customers, quotes, scheduling, invoices, and payments. Field users see their assigned visits and record the work.
- Owner: everything, including billing
- Office: the day-to-day business
- Field: assigned visits, notes, and photos
Invitations
Add someone in under a minute.
Invite a teammate by email with the role they need. They create their own login and join your business. Remove access just as quickly when someone moves on.
- Email invitations with a role
- Individual logins for everyone
- Deactivate access instantly
Privacy
Crews get the job, not the books.
Field users see the customer and property details for their visits and the instructions you write for them. Internal notes, pricing, and invoices stay with the office.
- Internal notes hidden from Field
- No invoices or payments for Field
- Assistant follows the same rules
How it works
Three steps. No training day.

Questions
Team, answered.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone with their own JobSigner login: owners, office staff, and field staff. Your customers never need a login, and worker records without an account don’t use a seat.
How many users are included?
Starter includes 3, Team includes 10 and Scale includes 20. Scale can add more users for an additional monthly or annual fee.
Can field users see prices?
No. Field users see their assigned visits and the instructions for each job. Quotes, invoices, payments, and internal customer notes are for owners and office users.
What happens when someone leaves?
Deactivate their access and they can no longer sign in. The work they did stays in your records.
