How JobSigner asks for permission before texting you, what we send, and how to stop.

Who sends these texts
Texts come from JobSigner, a product of ZOAK Consolidated LLC. Our team sends them from the same phone number we call from, as a follow-up to a conversation you had with us.
How we ask for permission
We only text people who agree to it. Near the end of a phone call, if you would like to hear more, a member of our team reads the script below and waits for a clear yes. If you say no or don’t answer, we don’t text you. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
When you agree, our team records your mobile number, the date and time, who asked, and your answer before sending anything.
Our verbal consent script
“Would it be okay if I text you a follow-up from this number? The texts come from JobSigner and will be about what we talked about today, like links to more information and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy are at jobsigner.com/terms and jobsigner.com/privacy. Do I have your permission to text you at [mobile number]?”
We text only after a clear “yes.” If the answer is no or unclear, we don’t text that number.
What we send
Follow-up messages about the JobSigner software and services we discussed, such as links to more information, demo and appointment scheduling and reminders, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping texts and getting help
Reply STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed and no more texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, email team@jobsigner.com, or call (484) 758-0657.
