Are reports cash or accrual?

Revenue reports are cash basis: they count payments when they’re received. Outstanding invoices are shown separately so you can see what’s still owed.

Are reports included in every plan?

Yes. Standard reports and Business Advisor are included in Starter, Team, and Scale.

Can I export my reports?

Yes. Export the report for any date range to CSV, including collected revenue, refunds, outstanding and overdue balances, quote approvals, completed visits, tax collected, and revenue by service.
